Note:
Machine will be with 6 spindles and 16 Stations. Out of 16 Stations 2 will be for loading and unloading of components and Every Alternate Stations will have a Gauging arrangement through which the output of every station will be measured and the results will feed in to the Program and it will also display through HMI.
The Tools in all the spindles will be designed in such a way that it will remove 5 to 10 microns excess stock removal whenever it is necessary. Through which each spindle will take care of it desired size and when once the signal is received from the program that the size achieved in next gauging station is less than it desired size the tool will automatically increase its size from the next component. the previous component excess material will be removed by the next spindle.
