Job Description

Minimum 8 years in handling heavy machine tools such as Honing Machines, heavy duty vertical boring machines, Horizontal Boring Machines, Heavy Duty CNC Lathes etc. All these machines are related to imported machines and person should be very much experience in selling these heavy duty machines tools to Private, Government, Defense, Public Sector undertakings apart from private customers. Should have conversant with tender procedures of Government, Defense / public sector undertakings like BHEL etc., from pre-tender to ordering. Should be fluent in communication and have flair for customer rapport.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical plus application information support to customers.
• Maintain pricing information on choice products.
• Prepare instructional, descriptive and application literature for existing and new products along with competitive products’ periodic reports.
• Participate to provide long-term pricing policy to maximize profits to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Collect and maintain competitive information to present complete market evaluation for specific products.
• Develop detailed knowledge in different main application areas crucial to marketing division.
• Participate to develop and introduce new products’ process.
• Monitor product sales to analyze pricing plus promotional requirements.
• Investigate plus develop positions in current and new application areas.
• Need to Travel Extensively throughout India based on the company needs.
• Train Sales Force & distributors as how to sell, specify and suitably apply marketing products.
• Prepare, maintain and update documents and sales tools for using product presentations along with technical training seminars.
• Identify opportunities and execute marketing campaigns to place products in market place.
• Develop, maintain and draft application materials like PowerPoint presentations and literature as how to products are specified, apply products and attain different codes and standards needs.

Qualifications

• BE (Mechanical) or BE (Production Engineering) from the reputed institutions / university.
• Additional qualification in Marketing Management is preferred but not a must.
